New Version, v11 : Try Browser Cache Clearing for Error Dialog of Modeler


Today(2016-05-23), we have released a new version, Ver.11.0, of Questetra BPM Suite!

With the enhanced and improved new version, now you can do more things. However, we received the report that the error message will be displayed on the screen for “Workflow Designer”. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

In particular, when you try to “Display the process diagram in the detail screen of Process Model” or “Edit Process Model”, the following error dialog will be displayed (on the part using Flash Player).

When such error has been displayed, please clear the cache of the browser and try to access the screen again.


◆ Microsoft Edge
[Settings] > [Choose what to clear] and clear [Cached data and files]

◆ Internet Explorer
[General] tab of the [Internet Options] > [Delete] of the Browsing history > Clear “Temporary Internet Files”
(After clearing the cache, reboot IE)

◆ Google Chrome
[Tools] > Select the [Clear browsing data] and clear “Cached images and files”

◆ Firefox
[Options] >[Advanced]> Select the [Network] and click [Clear Now] of “Cached Web Content”
