Affected Version and Operation
- Version 8.4.0 and later
- Bulk registering User
- Occurs at the following timing:
- To bulk register large amount of user information at [System Setting] > [User List] > [Import Users].
- What will occur
- Processing may take excessively long time depending on the number of data to be registered.
- When performing Bulk registration, approximate by the following factors, takes time to process.
- Number of Activated Process Models.
- Number of users to be added and number of users already have been registered.
- Workarounds: Follow the procedures below
- Reduce the number of activated Process Models (temporarily suspend)
- Perform Import Users.
- Re-activate the suspended Process Models.
This Bug is due to be fixed in coming Version (9.0.0)
