Import Users Processing may Take Extremely Long Time

Bug Details

  • Occurs at the following timing:
    • To bulk register large amount of user information at [System Setting] > [User List] > [Import Users].
  • What will occur
    • Processing may take excessively long time depending on the number of data to be registered.

Workaround・Recovery

  • When performing Bulk registration, approximate by the following factors, takes time to process.
    • Number of Activated Process Models.
    • Number of users to be added and number of users already have been registered.
  • Workarounds: Follow the procedures below
    • Reduce the number of activated Process Models (temporarily suspend)
    • Perform Import Users.
    • Re-activate the suspended Process Models.
  • This Bug is due to be fixed in coming Version (9.0.0)
