Affected Version and Operation
- Version 8.4.0 and later (except Download Edition)
- To synchronize with Google Apps account in Google Apps Connectivity.
- Occurs at the following timing:
- To synchronize with Google Apps account in Google Apps Connectivity at [System Setting] > [User List] > [Import Users].
- What will occur
- After authentication and authorization on the Google Apps, The screen become white-out Users List will not be displayed.
- There is no work around for error occurring environment (Google Apps Domain to be Connect).
- Register Users in other methods as [Import CSV List]
This Bug is due to be fixed in coming Version (9.0.0)
