‘You Got Tasks’ may not be Available if Logged in with Google Apps Account (Fixed)

  • Logging in Questetra with Google Apps Account, then using external applications that connect with OAuth, such as ‘You Got Task (Chrome Extension)’.

Bug Details

  • Occurs in operating:
    • Logging in with your Google Apps account to Questetra when using the connection applications that use OAuth, such as the followings.
      • ‘You Got Task’, Chrome Extension
      • Google Gadget that Questetra provides. ([Account Setting] > [Google Gadget]
      • Your own applications using OAuth
      • (Can be checked at [System Setting] > [Connected Apps] > [Connected Apps using OAuth])
  • What will occur
    • Failed in connection processing (authorization), not possible to use the application.
    • (If the connection process has already been completed, it can be used normally)

Workaround・Recovery

  • Please use ‘Password Login’ or ‘Single Sign-on (SAML 2.0)’ to log in to Questetra.
  • This bug is due to be fixed in the coming release version.
