Kyoto, Japan — February 9, 2011 — Corporate software developer Questetra, Inc., officially releases the latest version of its cloud-enabled workflow service, Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition (version 7.3), on February 9.
Today more companies are moving their workflow systems to online environments in order to streamline data hand-overs and eliminate miscommunications that hinder flows at each step. This, in turn, leads to work optimization and better internal control. Moreover, more workflow systems support complex flows such as process splits, which offers alternate flows according to work data, and concurrent processing, which simultaneously sends the flow to multiple people.
Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition, which offers these functions as a service, exhibits advanced operability for business process improvement activities. In other words, visualization of performance data on each step and easy diagram-editing enables worker-driven workflow improvement. In recent terms it can be called a BPM Suite, and was selected as a “Cool Vendor in BPM” in 2010 by Gartner’s leading industry analysts.
