Online BPM Encyclopedia “Q-BPM.org,” which aims to support companies’ BPM activities (*), was officially opened on January 14th, 2009.
Under the slogan of “SOX Compliance,” many companies have been working on Business Process Management (BPM) to grasp their own business processes. However, practicing BPM requires deep and broad understanding about corporate administration and is truly elusive.
(*) Business Process Management: A business management concept of improving business processes iteratively and continuously
“Q-BPM.org” is designed to help you understand BPM by means of detailed descriptions, figures, and references regarding BPM-related terms. As of now, there are 60 articles published to explain relevant terms.
We are going to successively translate 100 articles that are already published in Japanese “Q-BPM.org” and publish them. In addition, we also plan to provide sample business processes created based on BPMN, which is the global standard.
