This problem has been recovered already.

Some of our customers could not access ‘Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition’ because access trouble has occurred in term of 16:33 to 17:13 (Jst) on March 18. We deeply apologize to you customers for inconvenience during the period.

What Occurred

Cannot access to the following URL for customers of SaaS Edition, ‘https://s.questetra.net/xxxxxxxx/’

Cause of Trouble

Because of a lack of memory on the server Because exceeded the limitation of number of process running on the server OS, unable to respond to requests of part of user.

Reaction

Changed the memory usage setting, and rebooted the application. (Temporarily correspondence)
Customers in question have been informed individually. Changed the upper process limit setting at a later date. (Permanently correspondence)
