“Process Details” was not displayed in an environment of a particular customer.
Also “Process Model list”, “Tasks Search”, “Task Operation” may not be performed.

Cause of Trouble
Processing of displaying Process Detail stopped in the middle of a program, and did not proceed.
Rebooted the application
