Situation of Particular customers that could not access/ Workflow processing did not proceed occurred in ‘Questetra BPM Suite’ in term of 22:45 on July 16 until 11:06 on July 17 (UTC+9). We deeply apologize to you customers for the inconvenience during the period.

What Occurred

Particular customers could not access/ Their Workflow processing did not progress.
Also ‘timer Start Event’, ‘Timer Intermediate Event’, ‘Notification on Task Feed’ did not work.

* Concerned customers have been informed individually.。

Cause of Trouble

The server became overloaded because multiple operations that consuming processing load were operated concurrently. As a result, the specific program process did not work, so the Workflow processing did not go forward.

Reaction

Rebooted the application.
