Some of our customers intermittently could not access ‘Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition’ because access trouble has occurred in term of 08:55 to 10:01 on July 18. We deeply apologize to for the inconvenience during the period.

Particular customers of Free SaaS Edition could not access to Questetra BPM Suite.

Cause of Trouble
The server became overloaded temporarily because processing was concentrated.
Rebooted the application.
