Some of our customers could not access ‘Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition’ because access trouble has occurred in term of 0:27 to 1:15 on January 25. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience during the period.

Particular customers could not access to Questetra BPM Suite.
Cause of Trouble
Failure in virtual server hosting in the application server
Rebooted the server, and restarted the application. (has recovered already)
