Around 10:35 on June 12th (UTC+9), there was a failure in “Message Start Event (email)” function of ‘Questetra BPM Suite’. Because of the failure, some New Processes could not be Started.

For the customers who are using “Message Start Event (email)”, New Processes did not Start even the emails had been received at the address to Start process.
