Some of our customers could not access ‘Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition’ between 22:58 September 2nd (JST, +09:00) and 01:23 on 3rd, because access trouble occurred. We deeply apologize to you customers for inconvenience.

Cause of Trouble

Abnormal end of Web-server process


Recovered by rebooting Web-server process.
