Some of our customers could not access ‘Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition’ between 14:23 and 15:18 of September 13th (JST, +09:00), because access trouble occurred. We deeply apologize to you customers for inconvenience.

Cause of Trouble

Application Server failure


Recovered by rebooting Application Server machine.
