Apr. 20th (UTC+9) Delivery Failure of Emails had occurred (Recovered)

This problem has been recovered already.

Emails which had been sent from Questetra BPM Suite were not delivered successfully to certain addreses. We deeply apologize to you customers for inconvenience.
In addition, emails that were sent during the failure period will not be re-delivery.

Trouble Date

Occurred: Mon, Apr. 20, 2014 2:30 (JST) [+09:00]
Recovered: Mon, Apr. 20, 2014 11:58 (JST) [+09:00]
(* The service was not being provided due to the upgrading between from 0:00 to 8:00.)

Affected Customers

Paid Users of Questetra, who are utilizing Email services of Microsoft (including Office 365).

What Occurred

Some of the Emails which have been transmitted by Questetra was not delivered properly.

Cause of Trouble

The servers of Microsoft were blocking the emails from Questetra.

Reaction

Changed the email distribution server of Questetra. Confirmed on proper delivery to affected addresses.
