Particular customers of Paid SaaS Edition could not access to Questetra BPM Suite

Cause of Trouble

Memory shortage of the application occurred in particular cases of use, so it was not able to make a response.

Reaction

Rebooted the application for the customer environment.
We are going to revise the application not to occur memory shortage which is caused by this case of usage in the future version.
