You can carry out the Application or Registration of new issues at ‘Start’. They will be delivered to the downstream steps automatically, according to the Business Processes that have been set in advance.
Issues that are delivered as their work, and will be stored in their “My Tasks” list. When you enter the required information and click on the “Finish” button, it will go to the next Step.
* The Step which more than one person can handle, will temporarily become [Waiting to be Processed]. Do it proactively when you have time.
