Finding Problems of Steps from Data in Closed Issues

When you want to check to see the problems in each Step such as "too many reworking" or "the number of underwriting is not balanced among the people", you can browse the state of processing of each Step in the Flow diagram. You can see the time taken to handle, as well as the list of the processing logs of each Step by clicking on the icon of Step. You can see the business data of each individual Issue, in the [Details of the Issue].

1. The Number of the Issues
Checking the number of the Issues which have been completed successfully to the final Step, with the bar chart (Aggregation of past one year/ by month)
2. The Average Time Required
Checking the time required to complete till the final Step, with a line chart (Aggregation of past one year/ by month)
  • Displaying together with the list of the Issues
  • The Issues in progress that are at the Steps in the middle, will not be included in the aggregation
  • The Issues that was Terminated or Deleted at the Steps in the middle, will not be included in the aggregation
  • The indication of the result of the aggregation (value) may differ by the User, in accordance to the Data Viewer Authorization

1. Choosing the Operation
Choose a Business Flow in the aggregation chart of all Issues, and then update the aggregation chart
  • The bar chart of the changes in the number of the Issues, and the line chart of the average of the time required will be updated
  • The Flow chart is also displayed together (The number of the times that Issues have passed through, etc. will be shown on the Flow diagram)

Clicking on an icon of Step on the Flow diagram to display the handling logs of the Step
  • You can easily browse in which Issue did reworks occur, if there is a Step dedicated for the Reworking
