Refine Search over All Job Data/ Saving Refining Condition

As long as you have "Data Viewer Authorization", you can search or browse the data of all the Issues regardless of whether or not you were involved. By specifying the Workflow (App), you can carry out complex search that including unique data for each operation in the search. You can save the search criteria you use frequently.

a. Title Search at the Search Window
Searching over all the Issues for only the title as a target M116
b. Searching Cross-operationally
Searching over all the Issues using the system information such as Start Date or Start User, etc.
  • System Information: Start Date, End Date, Start User, Organization which Start User belongs, Status of Progress
  • “Business Data” cannot be included in the search criteria of cross-search, even if the same data name has been given

c. Searching by Specifying Operation
Searching the Issue by specifying Workflow
  • You can search using the system information such as Start Date or Start User, etc.
  • You can narrow down by the data unique for a Workflow

d. Searching Cross-operationally
  • System Information: Handling Personnel, Process Arrival Date, Completion Date, Processing Deadline, Star Mark
  • You can also use the system information at the level of Issue, such as “Start Date” or “Start User”, etc.

  • You can search using the system information such as Start Date or Start User, etc.
  • You can narrow down by the data unique for a Workflow

1. Changing the Displaying Item
Adding the data items that can be listed in the search results (as necessary)
2. Saving the Search Criteria
You can name and save the search criteria frequently used
  • Dynamic specifications, such as “the first day of the last month”, “the same day of last month” or “the same time of last month”, are also possible.
  • (E.g.:”#today.addMonths(-1).getFirstDateInMonth()”, “#today.addMonths(-1)”, “#now.addMonths(-1)”)
  • If saved with specifying [Share] ([App administrator authority] is required), other users can also use the search criteria
  • Available search criteria are listed in the [Others] menu (You can also displayed it on the side menu)

x. Downloading as it is Displayed
Downloading the result, as the same the appearance that “Page Size” or “Items” are displayed
y. Download All
Getting the entire result by clicking on Download All button on the Search Condition List
