Nomination by Organization and by Role

When an Issue arrives at each Step, it will appear in [Offered] of all the candidate of underwriting. The first person who makes the underwriting processing will be the actual operator (in charge). (The Issue appears on [My Tasks] of the operator.) Candidates of underwriting will be nominated by various expressions, such as "people who belong to Sales Department" or "Leader of the Organization which the applicant belongs to".

a. Nominate by specifying single person
E.g.: User “Suzuki”
  • Iterate the nomination when you want more than one person to be the candidate
a. Nominate all the Member of a Role group
E.g.: Role of “Residents of Japan (Users who have been registered in [Role] < [System setting])
  • You can group Users into [Role] disregarding Organizational tree, whereas [Organization] is strictly managed in Tree structure.
a. Nominate all the Members of Organization
E.g.: All the members of the Organization of “Sales Department”
b. Nominate all the Leaders of Organization
E.g.: Director / Deputy Director of the Organization of “Sales Department” (Who have been registered as [Leader])
c. Nominate all the Staff members of Organization
E.g.: Ordinary employees of the Organization of “Sales Department” (Who have been registered as [Staff member])
d. Nominate all the Members of Sub-organization
E.g.: All the members of the Sub-organization of “Management Headquarter”
e. Nominate all the Leaders of Sub-organization
E.g.: All the Leaders of the Sub-organization of “Management Headquarter”
f. Nominate all the Staff members of Sub-organization
E.g.: All the Staff members of the Sub-organization of “Management Headquarter”
  • It is possible to nominate a whole branch of the Organizational Tree by specifying both of all the members of the Organization (a) and all the members of its Sub-organization
  • It is also possible to nominate narrowed-down Users by in combination of [Role] (E.g.: All the members of Sales Headquarter and its Sub-organization who are living in Japan)
a. Nominate One Person by User type data
E.g.: A User who have been input in User type data item of “Requestee for Reviewing”
b. Nominate all the Members (or Leaders) of Organization that has been input into Organization type data
E.g.: Members of Organizations which have been entered in the Data item of “Organization to Respond”
c. Nominate all the Members (or Leaders) of Sub-organization of an Organization that has been entered in Organization type data
E.g.: Members of Sub-organization of Organizations which have been entered in the Data item of “Departments of Audit target”
  • It is also possible to nominate narrowed-down Users by in combination of [Role] (E.g.: All the members of Responsible divisions of Storage and its Sub-organization who are fluent in German)
a. Members (or Leader) of the Organization which an operator of the upstream Step belongs to
E.g.: Members (or Leader) in the same Organization which “Draft Writer” belongs to
b. Members (or Leader) of the Parent-organization of the Organization which an operator of the upstream Step belongs to
E.g.: Someone in the Supervising Team of the Region
c. Members (or Leader) of the Upper-organizations of the Organization which an operator of the upstream Step belongs to
E.g.: 例:A superior supervisor who are capable of the completion check
  • It is also possible to configure not to nominate the operator (individual) of the upstream Step (E.g.: Employees in the Department other than “the Planner”)
a. Stand-alone Candidate
An Issue will be automatically be underwritten if there is only one candidate when the issue has arrived to the Step
b. Continuation of Corresponding
A User who has operated the upstream Step, will underwrite all the downstream processes in the same swim lane
  • You also have an option to cancel Continuation of Corresponding
