Checking License, Setting Password Policy, etc.

Upper limits are set on the "number of users that can be registered" (number of seats) and "total amount of files that can be stored" on the Workflow platform, according with the contract license. Also, Time zones and Default language and Password policies are set throughout a Workflow platform. For password policies, it is also possible for the system administrator to change settings themselves.

c. File Capacity
The total amount of files attached to Issues (file type data), those on the Open Chat
  • Annual Plan:The upper limit of the number of contracted Users (Seats) corresponds to the limit of the number of registered Users
    The operation (including API) of exceeding the limit on the registered Users will result in an error
    If the number of registered Users has reached the limit, the [New User] button would be hidden
  • Deleted User Accounts are not counted as the number of User Accounts
  • Flexible Plan:There is no limit on the number of registered Users, and you will be charged according to your utilization
  • Under some special contracts, there is a limited number of total ongoing Issues
  • Upper limit on file capacity is “The value obtained by multiplying the number of seats (Annual Plan) or users (Flexible Plan) by 5GB”
  • There is no limit in the amount of data entered (e.g. Numeric, String) in the Issues, except for File type data
  • You can check the total amount of saved files in the File Repository (M314)
  • After reaching the file capacity limit, operation of Start will become an error
a. Delete Unnecessary User Accounts
Delete a User Account of a retired employee, etc. (M306)
b. Delete Unnecessary files
Delete, for example, obsolete files, high-res image files, etc. (M314)
  • Even when you Delete User Accounts, the system saves a duplicate of the User information in Issues data or Issues Log information, etc.
  • As for communication limitations in Questetra, uploading is limited to 100MB on each operation

Time Standard for time recording of e.g. Operating of My Task, Posting to SNS (e.g. +9:00))
c. Default Language
Displaying Language that is set at the Adding of User Accounts (else; Descriptions on Login screen)

Setting Password complexity required at initial setting or change
e. Logo
An image that constantly display on the top-left of screen, and an image on Login screen
  • At the moment, it is possible to change the access URL only when you transition to a paid contract
  • Modifying Timezone settings (including Summer-time) or the default language is not available at this point
  • It is possible to change User-setting time zone and User language (M108)
a. Complexity
The length, types of character or number of character types that must be included, restriction of Reuse, etc.
b. Expiration
Duration of a Password (Period after which, the Account will be Suspended or Disabled)

Put checks on complexities necessary to meet company policy (Single-factor Authentication)
  • There isn’t a function to set expiration of password, in the authentication function in the Questetra standard, currently
  • Collaboration with external authentication system is required, if advanced identification to satisfy other conditions is needed (M309, M310)
