Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition is a Cloud-enabled Workflow System. We also provide instalation type “Download Edition” for you. H2DB (DBMS) has been included with Download Edition, but it may slow down if the amount of data become thousands. Please contact us for on-premises use.

Configure the language to use, context path of the sytem, and email-related settings.
In order for the system to send emails appropriately, email server settings must be correctly configured according to your environment.

 

Location of Config File

The Config File is stored in the location below when you followed the Install Manual.

  • Windows: C:\QBPMS\qbpms\qbpms.config
  • Linux: /var/local/qbpms/qbpms.config

 

Details of Config File

en This directive specifies the display language of the system. Languages available at this moment are Japanese and English.

http://localhost:18080/userweb/ The context path of the system can be specified here. This is used when URLs (such as one for Task lists) are embedded in notification emails etc. Configure it according to your environment.
qbpms.smtp.host Host name This specifies the host name of the email server used when the system sends emails.
Check with the system administrator of your organization if you are not sure what it is.
qbpms.smtp.port Integer 25 Specify the port number of the email server used when the system sends emails.
qbpms.smtp.fromaddress Email address Specify the “From” address used when the system sends emails. Make sure to specify an address that you can receive emails as emails are returned to it when they cannot be correctly sent.
qbpms.smtp.auth true : Enable SMTP AUTH
false : Disable SMTP AUTH
false This directive specifies whether SMTP AUTH is used when sending emails or not. When “true” is selected, you must also configure qbpms.smtp.username/qbpms.smtp.password.
qbpms.smtp.username User name Specify the user name for SMTP AUTH.
qbpms.smtp.password Password Specify the password for SMTP AUTH.
qbpms.smtp.starttls true : Enable STARTTLS
false : Disable STARTTLS
false Specify whether STARTTLS is used when sending emails or not.
qbpms.api.keyRequired true : Enable
false : Disable
false Setting whether using the security key or not in Message Start Event/ Catching Message Intermediate Event/ Message Start Event (Form).
qbpms.api.key text Automatically set by system Security key that is effective when qbpms.api.keyRequired=true. If it is not setup, an initial value will be set.
qbpms.quota.interval Integer 15 Time interval for counting the number of process. (minutes)

qbpms.quota.limit Integer 100 Number of processes can be started within the time interval set in qbpms.quota.interval.
qbpms.saml.authnRequestsSigned true: Include Signature
false: Not Include Signature
false Setting of if include or not signature in authentication request for SAML at Single Sign-on. To include signature, you have to place keystore file which includes both secret key and certificate, and have to setup qbpms.saml.keystore.*

JKS To specify the type of keystore file. JKS (Java keystore format) or PKCS12 (PKCS#12 format) are available.
qbpms.saml.keystore.password Password Setting password for keystore file.
qbpms.saml.keystore.keyAlias Name of Key pairs To specify registered name of the secret key and certificate in keystore for the use of signature on SAML Message.
qbpms.saml.keystore.keyPassword Password To specify the password for the secret key for the use of signature on SAML Message.  If keystore format is PKCS#12, input the same strings as the password for keystore file.

* Items begin with qbpms.saml are available on Version 8.4.4 or later and are NOT available on Download Edition.
